Longé Dominica is a registered not-for-profit (501C3) in the United States and a registered NGO in the Commonwealth of Dominica. All donations are tax-deductible to the furthest extent allowable by law. Longé has both a general wish list and need for financial donations.
Wish List
Currently, we need people who can help us maintain our database of volunteers, contributors, partners, etc. While our office is based in Pittsburgh, PA, Longé volunteers may work from anywhere in the world as long as they have access to a reliable computer and the internet. Additionally, we could utilize a volunteer for administrative support in the office.
Donations
Longé keeps our programs costs low intentionally. Our aim is for the Interim/GapYear to be accessible to all individuals who are interested in doing work in the Kalinago community; thereby supporting the desire of those who may not have the means. Therefore, we welcome contributions and need friends and supporters of Longé Dominica for this endeavor. Any amount will help make a difference. We also accept donations to our Kalinago Scholarship Fund, which helps pay enrollment fees for Kalinago young adults who participate in our Summer Leadership Program.
